Al Murray (aka "The Pub Landlord") spoofs the chat-show genre, as seen through the eyes of a stereotypical macho male.
When John was a guest on the show, the Pub Landlord quizzed him about his big secret (being Scottish), how his parents reacted when he told them he liked musical theatre, and whether two guys living together keep a stack of Autotrader magazines in the loo...
Also on the show was Donny Osmond; John confessed his childhood wish of having a white jumpsuit just like the Osmonds used to wear.
